Jelena is Chatfuel’s Head of Customer Success. She’s been working in different customer-facing roles for more than four years, and helping people out is her favorite thing to do. When she’s not working, you’ll find her trying out new recipes, ordering new books even though she has a full shelf of books she hasn’t read yet, or walking her dog.
